* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1/2 large onion, diced
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 4 oz can green chilies, chopped
* 1 large can white kidney beans, undrained
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tbsp cumin
* 1/2 tsp oregano
* 1/2 tsp cilantro
* 1/8 tsp ground pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute onion and chicken breast 4-5 minutes, remove chicken and leave onion. Keep chicken warm. Add garlic to pan and cook 2 minutes, or until onions are beginning to brown. Stir in chilies and remaining spices with chicken broth. Simmer on low for 30 minutes. Stir in cooked chicken as well as undrained beans. Simmer until chicken is tender.
