Ingredients:
4 pork chops, ½-inch thick
Salt and pepper
1 T salad oil
½ cup chopped onions
¼ cup chopped green pepper
1 small clove garlic, minced
One 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
Instructions:
Season chops; brown in oil. Remove from skillet. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and chops. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Serves 4
