Southwest eggs







12-inchDutch oven
12 briquettes on the lid
12 briquettes on the bottom
Baking time: 30 minutes
12 eggs
3 sprigs of cilantro, chopped fine
½ small can green salsa
1 (7-ounce) can diced mild green chilies
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream

Drain chilies. Combine with cheese, cilantro, and salsa. Place in greased Dutch oven. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sour cream. Pour over top of chilies and cheese mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
